Our goal is to provide the safest environment possible for both our clients and ourselves. We have set in place additional measures at A&A Massage Therapy Inc. in order to achieve this.

First we ask that you do not book or please cancel your massage therapy appointment if any of these apply to you:

If you have been instructed to quarantine,

If you have any of the following symptoms:

Fever

Cough

Difficulty breathing

Chills

Fatigue

Headache

Sore throat

Runny nose

Stuffy or congested nose

Lost sense of taste or smell

Hoarse voice

Difficulty swallowing

Digestive issues (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach pain)

If you are a young child or infant (sluggishness or lack of appetite)

Therapists will be required to comply with the same daily questionnaire. If either client or therapist is unable to pass this basic COVID-19 screening massage therapy will not be provided. A&A Massage Therapy Inc. reserves the right to deny treatment at any time if we feel that treatment is unsafe or potential health risk.

If any of these apply to anyone in your household or social circle please notify your therapist

Upon Arrival

Prescreening questionnaire must be completed online before your appointment (or completed verbally over phone)

Please do not enter clinic more than 10 minutes before the start of your appointment to reduce interactions between clients (you are welcome wait outside or in your car)

All Clients will be required to wear a clean disposable or reusable mask in the clinic at all times (if you do not have a mask, we will gladly provide you one)

No additional visitors will be permitted other than the individual receiving treatment

Our waiting room will be closed and clients will be asked to go directly into their treatment room for intake

Social distancing of 2 metres is required between other clients

Hand sanitizer and hand washing station are available to use upon arrival

Sanitized slippers will be provided

Infrared thermometer is available for additional screening

Roster will be kept of anyone entering the space for contact tracing purposes

Cleaning Measures

Massage therapists will be required to wear surgical masks during any interaction within 2 metres

Gloves are available upon request

UV wand will be used to sanitize any electronic devices (ipad and payment system)

All garbage bins have been changed to foot pedal ones for limiting touch

Surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected with government approved cleaners for use against COVID-19 (May contain alcohol)

Any cloth material surface (sheets, blankets, etc) will be removed between clients

Washroom will be open and surfaces will be cleaned between every appointment
